In 2020, Teaching Nomad shifted from exclusively partnering with overseas educational institutions and began establishing relationships with schools across the United States. I have been an integral part of the team that has forged those partnerships and have since transitioned away from international recruitment entirely. I now solely focus on building.

• Oversee incoming communications and reliable point of contact for over 500 Pennsylvania School Bus Association member organizations (ie: school bus contractors, vendor partners, school districts)
• Lead event implementation for 8-10 events per year ranging in size from 50-500 attendees in various locations throughout Pennsylvania
• Facilitate the production, editing and allocation of monthly newsletter, email communications, and social media posts for PSBA members
• Direct involvement in committee meetings and member recruitment

• Sourced candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. and led through the full recruitment process – resume review, initial Skype interview, job matching, visa processing and weekly check ins to maintain strong.
• Successfully managed 14 accounts and fostered relationships with school administrators via consistent communication regarding staffing needs and delivered quality candidates for their review
• Consistently met and exceeded monthly goals – often being recognized as the highest monthly biller and broke company placement record within first 8 months of employment
• Familiar with ATS software – specifically trained in Zoho Recruit

• Creating engaging lesson plans and leading students to an understanding of the English language through games, songs, arts and crafts, and other basic practice methods.
• Communicating with both supervisors and fellow teachers to improve and vary our teaching approach to best reach our students.

• Assisted with sales and kept up with cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
• Contributed ideas for the visual merchandising in the store including, remerchandising the garments on the racks and creating eye-catching window displays to attract customers.
• Aided in the execution of any local Nicole Miller events, including promotional strategies, securing volunteer interest, and ensuring the success of the event.

• Researched boutiques across the nation to seek out their interest in the up and coming designers represented by the showroom.
