Having already held the position for a year, I am returning Editor in Chief of UCL's online student media, Pi. As well as running and maintaining our WordPress based site, I am responsible for all copy writing, editing and commissioning of articles, working with a team of upwards of 50 students. While I have held this role I have also been responsible for several other projects in the society, including founding the design team, which included teaching myself the Adobe suite in order to properly design our printed publication, and our Re:Fresher week, an annual week which teaches our members key technology and skills needed to be successful in journalism. I have also been responsible for organising guest speakers and sessions on putting together CVs and portfolios.

I am currently teaching five classes a day, covering a wide variety of levels and age groups, with most following the Cambridge English exam system. In addition to lesson planning, I have also taught literature and other skills such as essay writing, alongside other formal types of writing and grammar such as cover letters in order to help my students apply their English more practically and look for new opportunities outside of the country. A key part of this experience has also been integrating into the local community, both by learning Guaraní and spending time with our students outside of the classroom.

Completed a translation of a conference paper given in Spanish on Argentinian political theory into academic English for distribution and future publishing.
