▪️ AP Calculus BC, Precalculus, IB Math, Integrated Math▪️ Utilized Excel to track student progress to identify where students are excelling, and areas where they need additional support▪️ Made a weighted Excel equation for a number of non-uniform assessments used throughout the year that gave 82% of my student’s IB Predictive Grades within a +/- 1 of their Exam Score▪️ Used data to inform curriculum planning, adjust teaching strategies, and evaluate program performance▪️ Communicated with students, parents, administration, and colleagues to manage and build relationships, manage risks, improve student retention, and improve effectiveness within the school▪️ Utilized Google Classroom and Zoom the last two years for tracking grades, posting assignments, lessons, and more▪️ Took extended learning courses to enhance my knowledge, understanding, and teaching for IB and AP Calculus classes▪️ Adapted to mid-semester course changes, teaching in a different classroom for every class, technology used during the switch to online and hybrid teaching during the pandemic, and more▪️ Served every year as a tutor, advisor to 7-10 students, Residence Advisor in a boys dormitory, and Physics Academic Trip Leader (5-day trip; focuses on Green Energy and particle physics at CERN)
