Initiated partnerships with local community colleges and employment centers to recruit caregivers through organizing and executing presentations and providing resources Recruited and publicized jobs via various job posting sites, social media platforms, and creative initiativesSupported and employed various healthcare workers while ensuring compliance with NC medical standards for auditing purposesConduct administrative orientation for field staff and participated in recruitment activities, such as job fairsMaintain and update designated client, employee, and scheduling databases.Update and maintain employee paraprofessional licenses, annual mandatories, backgrounds, medical paperwork, worker's comp, and assist with Payroll Assist the Coordinator with the scheduling and follow up on the employee compliance components according to established protocols.Document client and employee complaints and occurrences; investigate as directed and refer to Office Administrator for follow up and resolution.Promote business development according to contract strategyProcess new applicants for employment, conduct administrative orientation for field staff and participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs.Process requests for information such as field employee wage and hour verification; employment verification; disability and worker compensation forms; requests for vacation pay; jury duty payment; and other personnel forms.Communicate with Office Administrator and with Corporate Human Resources regarding employee relations issues such as corrective discipline; status change requests; and terminations.Ensure that all HIPAA requirements are adhered to.Follow all agency policies and procedures.All other duties as assigned.
