I am an experienced software engineer that feels comfortable in both senior roles and those that may not rely as heavily on extensive past experiences. Developing games has been the majority of my professional career and I love it. I have contributed meaningfully to projects of many sizes, and feel comfortable leading small to mid-sized teams, and also reporting to a lead.I'm largely interested now in blockchain technologies, the largest interest and experience being the Ethereum chain and Solidity, the language that drives much of the code that is found on the chain. Decentralized applications, NFT (Non-Fungible Token) interfacing software, and DAO applications are some of the highlights of this exciting space that interest me.In 2015, I began my own work-for-hire company called Gnomish Games, and helped many teams to further and complete their vision. Using Unity and C#, as well as myriad other tools and technologies, I have developed the necessary skills to assist teams of nearly any size or makeup, and I can truly say it has been an enormously rewarding experience along the way. Throughout my many years involved in software development, I have excelled in areas such as dedication, ingenuity, and perseverance. While much of this time has been in the game development industry, I am open to new opportunities.
