I spearheaded the process to earn the firm's ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certifications, establishing Dickinson Wright as one of the first law firms in the world to achieve both standards. I direct all client technology audits and most government compliance audits to ensure adherence to data protection and privacy laws. I also implemented preexisting disaster recovery and business continuity plans to establish firm-wide remote working capabilities within 1 week to mitigate the impacts of Covid-19.
