- As a product owner, built Tocaro (https://tocaro.im/), an enterprise chat and collaboration SaaS with people analytics, providing a workplace to collaborate together and analyze how they work through accumulated collaboration history, processing 2M+ messages so far with 88% QoQ growth in the launch year.- Led and organized the whole product development, engineering and design team with responsibility for the product roadmap, prioritization and business objectives.- Initiated and accelerated major reseller partnerships and business alliances with Box, NTT Docomo or other technology leader companies, eyeing US/Japan market coverage.

- In charge of the full life-cycle of feature releases and product improvements required for partnership deals, with companies like Sony, Samsung, Telefonica or Lenovo, contributing to triple-digit YoY growth for customer acquisition in 2012-2015.- Translated each deal scheme into the feature requirements with the development roadmap and wireframe designs, and handled continuous product refinements through communications between each partner’s business divisions and our engineers/QAs.- Launched, documented and maintained partnership-related core product features such as referral tracking system (helping analytics team analyze customer registration sources to maximize marketing and distribution strategies) or in-app promotion workflow (boosting free-to-paid conversion ratio with double digits of the continuous paid subscribers per country).- Worked on analyzing new partnership opportunities and partner-related features through analysis with SQL/BI tools.- Developed an API-based internal product to overview and track the whole business activities and contact information, which has contributed to 50% less team communication conflicts and achieved a mission of “keep the team organized”.

- Identified new partnership opportunities for the company growth, and executed the business deals through the company-wide collaborative works, suggesting the best deal scheme or API integrations for them with thorough understanding of Evernote API and managing product development requests between each partner’s business team and our company’s engineers.- Built and maintained corporate websites and partner-related mobile-friendly web interfaces, for 40+ partner companies, and managed i18n projects with CAT tools (ie. Pootle).

- Supported and maintained business relationships with Asian partner companies, such as NTT Docomo, Japan Taxi or Taiwan Mobile, and investigated the active partnership deal status through quantitative analysis.- Helped launch Japan office through the launch event management, product localization and support handling.
