Lead growth within Carestream's Films Business by leveraging core technologies to expand into imaging films, medical films, optical films and other advanced coated materials; managed and directed portfolio of products in the coating and specialty films business, including full P&L responsibility.

Identified, delivered, and managed manufacturing partnerships capitalizing on Carestream's expertise in custom, multilayer, precision, roll-to-roll coating for medical, display, solar, electronics and imaging products. Provided overall account management for key contract manufacturing accounts.

Developed and managed worldwide manufacturing governance system, coordinated strategy deployment for the enterprise, and managed manufacturing transition issues related to Health Group exit from Kodak and it's birth as Carestream Health.

Managed the converting operations for various Kodak products: dental, graphics, professional, aerial, and consumer films. Organizations ranged from 55 to 300 people.

Provided leadership, coordination and analysis in activities related to the evaluation of competitor costs, capabilities and strategic direction, as well as corporate decision making on manufacturing footprint and source of supply.

Technical and admin support to corp VP of HSE including prep of corporation's HSE strategic plan, management of HSE benchmarking and process improvement efforts, and HSE contributions/grants.
