Martin Koren here. I’ve been a senior salesperson, channel builder and channel leader for the last 20 years. My selling experience has not only been with the partner community but also with direct enterprise customers. I orchestrated and managed the sales of Verizon DDOS services to Bank of America with one of their largest services sales Verizon has had. I had additional enterprise customers like Wells Fargo, Best Buy, Disney, Honda and Charles Schwab.I’ve sold and developed partnerships with all the major cybersecurity resellers, OPTIV, Guidepoint Security, Fishtech and Presidio to name a few and I developed and executed the NA cybersecurity partner program for Avnet, (now TD Synnex) responsible for 100M in annual revenue with 25% YoY growth. I have built relationships for cybersecurity startups with distributors, Ingram and TD Synnex, and with the major resellers CDW, SHI and Insight as well as government aggregator business through Carahsoft.I have built and successfully managed sales teams of 10 that included sales, system engineers, and channel marketing. Additionally, I have had media training as I was responsible for analyst calls while at Avnet.In my last 3 startups, 2 of them were builds from the ground up and the most recent was a channel reclamation project reconnecting the company with an abandoned relationship with Ingram Micro and establishing a new partner relationship with Insight. Also, while at Intrusion, I was responsible for channel infrastructure working with our sales ops team building a partner platform utilizing Salesforce, Hubspot and Allbound.For my career, I bring the unique experience of having sold servers, storage, networking and endpoint devices and understand how they all connect and how to secure them.I’m a highly successful hands on, road warrior that has worn all the multiple hats necessary to build and facilitate a channel.
