Responsible to optimize the value of CITI’s $1B+ application maintenance and support portfolio for Citi’s most critical Professional Services providers. Developed a Global Supplier Strategy for Citi’s Core Infrastructure group composed of $300MM annual spend across 300 supplier and 7000 resources. Initiated the concept and execution of the Supplier Utility functions though strategic sourcing alignment, improved contracting terms and pricing, service levels management and supplier governance framework. Architected e2e supplier work processes for supplier analytics reporting, third party vendor controls oversight and risk management enabling both savings and service improviements

Global Account Executive working with client's C-suite to cultivate relationships and re-position Wipro as critical provider and enabling Wipro to achieve a preferred supplier status that had not been previously attained by other leadership. Globally responsible to expand the JPMorgan account by leveraging Wipro’s strategic capabilities across application management & development, BPO, infrastructure and financial services solutions. This engagement included the management of a sales force and 325+ delivery and solution staff providing on-shore, near shore and off-shore services.

Capital Market Account Manager responsible to develop and lead CGI’s new Capital Markets practice and the $35MM Global Account for Barclays Capital. Managing a staff of 175 outsourced developers and IT support functions required divest the Lehman’s defunct estate to their respective court appointed receivers. -Acted as Barclay’s primary agent to commercialize and monetize Lehman Bros. intellectual property. -Created new business services that extended CGI’s Financial Services solutions to new clients.-Managed and Developed Sales Pipeline-Developed detailed account plans to enable CGI to acquire new businesses and clients

JPMChase Home Lending Infrastructure and Info Risk Management - Acting division iCTO reporting to the COO of the Home Lending business, accountable for infrastructure services and IT Risk Mgt. Managing a budget of $22MM, and 170 staff supporting: IT Risk Mgt. Production Operations & Assurance, Program Mgt. Application Support, Access Admin., IT P&L Mgt. of $190MM supporting 20,000 users, 1,100 servers, and 160 applications. -Gained operating efficiencies and lowered expenses by 20% during periods of growth through Data Center Consolidation, Virtualization, Automation and Globalization. -Developed a 24x7 captive Offshore capability in Manila for technical / application support netting $1M in annualized saves. -improved application stability through rigorous architecture and capacity reviews improving system availability to 99.99%-Implemented TCO models to provide businesses with full transparency of IT costs.-Extensively leveraged metrics and SLA’s to benchmark and improve the quality of service.-Transition Management of WaMu merger ensuring deliverables were executed in line with objectives.-Minimized IT and Supplier Risk through regimented control programs (SOX, personal ID, application assessments, audit reviews, external provider risk assessments and met quarterly with governmental regulators).-Reduced unplanned staff attrition to less then 5% annually and improved employee satisfaction to more than 80%.

Infrastructure and Information Risk Program Manager - Requested by the Investment Bank’s CIO to jump start one of the firm’s largest and critical application investments to develop an ETL based Risk Management System that was not meeting performance objectives. As the End to End Program Manager of this $28MM initiative the team successfully delivered this program exceeding management expectations and resulting in favorable reviews by Sr. Business Executives as the “Turn Around Program of the Year”.-Rapidly attained domain knowledge in data transformation, data warehousing, ETL processing.-Streamlined the SDLC to incorporate a whirlpool process and shorten delivery cycle time.-Motivated and energized a team of professionals by introducing Innovation forums.-Developed and led the detailed project planning for 90 on-shore and offshore resources including Developers, Testers, Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager - Investment Bank - NY - CSC was the primary contractor in a 7 year, multi billion dollar outsourcing arrangement with JPMorgan Chase. As a U.S. expatriate in London leading Global Technology Service Management for JPMorgan’s core trading businesses, responsible for a $100MM revenue stream and 250 staff required to deliver IT services to the JPMorgan Account of 16,000 clients.-Developed IT strategies aligned with business demand.-Increased annual revenues by 8% and Improved profit margins by 20% during difficult financial periods. -Created Leadership and Organizational Vision improving delivery capability and the overall client relationship.-Developed new business opportunities and further developed services to gain an additional $40MM of revenues.-Turned around extremely unfavorable client relationship by improving quality of service and accountability.-Created new business models that gained efficiencies across the entire organization saving $2.0mm annually.-Delivered a critical tech refresh program worth $13 MM also achieving the majority of the client’s Y2K compliance.-Developed strategic initiatives with clients to provide rapid deployment of new branches worldwide enabling the business to quickly capitalize on new market opportunities.
