As a Project Manager at ArΤogether, I am responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs. During my tenure, I have successfully overseen the following initiatives:"Travelling Art": I led a traveling exhibition featuring artworks created by artists with disabilities, accompanied by manuscripts from renowned writers. This project involved the production of a documentary and a catalog, as well as various performances and workshops. It was carried out in collaboration with the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP) and was generously funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation."Who is Honorine Plarzer?": I oversaw a video art project involving four inclusive art groups engaging in a dialogue with the artwork of Toulouse Lautrec. This initiative received funding from the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports."EXCLUSION": I managed a digital exhibition and video dance project executed by an inclusive dance group, complete with audio description. This important project was funded by the HumanRights360.My role has required a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion, Project Management, Budgeting, Community Outreach, Project Planning, and Time Management. In my role as Chief Editor Assistant at The Art Newspaper, I had the privilege of supporting the editor-in-chief for the print edition of The Art Newspaper Greece. My responsibilities included:Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.Vigilantly monitoring and meeting deadlines for the publication.Selecting and organizing supporting material for articles.Providing valuable administrative support to the editor-in-chief.My experience in this position allowed me to hone my organization skills and excel in project planning, contributing to the overall success of the publication.

As a Workshop Facilitator at the project "An Album of our square".My role involved the design and implementation of oral history workshops for adults and foreign students, resulting in the creation of a hip-hop album inspired by local oral histories. Funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Public Humanities Initiative at Columbia University.

Workshop convener and part of the production team at the project "The Archive of Refuge in Athens: reflections form the South". Member of multicultural group of artists who presented a performance inspired by the the Archive of Refuge/Archiv der Flucht at the Goethe Institute of Athens.

Oral historian at Istorima, a non-profit organization established to create a large Greek oral histories archive, implemented with a founding grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation as part of its “Recharging the Youth” initiative, in collaboration with Simon Fraser University.

Part of the SNFCC Front Of House team, assisting in welcoming individuals, schools, and organisations, providing relevant and reliable information, resolving crisis and complaints management. Assisted in the house management and manned the box office of the Greek National Opera, supervised events at three stages. Guided tour of the tours in Stavros Niarchos Park. Contribution to the creation of the mini tour for Sofia’s Varis exhibition.

Private teaching of ancient, modern Greek and Latin literature and History.

Working at the Benaki Museum provided me with management skills and an invaluable insight on the sector. My coordinating tasks allowed me to grasp a better understanding on various aspects of cultural management: from organising exhibitions to assessing projects in terms of feasibility, impact, output etc. In particular, I assisted my manager in planning, coordinating and archiving exhibitions.
