I head the Infrastructure and Energy Practice at the largest Polish law firm, Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP). I advise clients on numerous projects in various sectors (e.g. energy, waste management, manufacturing, water & sewage, transportation, construction and public services). I handle large prestigious projects for renowned clients, e.g. I am currently advising on a project to construct the first nuclear power plant in Poland. I also advise some of the biggest domestic enterprises and leading investors on concessions, PPP and public procurement involving, e.g. construction of airports, railway lines, railway stations, roads and waste management installations. For many years I have been participating in numerous M&A transactions (including cross-border projects) and privatisations in the infrastructure and transport sectors in which I have represented both sellers and buyers. I have participated in legislative and strategic work on the development of the transport sector in Poland (including advice on the transformation of national operators and infrastructure managers).
