As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Selehann, I led a team in developing scalable, resilient applications. Our work spanned Cloud Native Development, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and Machine Learning. We consistently delivered custom solutions tailored to client needs, tackling complex challenges and exceeding expectations.

Led the Linux development of ATASphere. A product startup we built from an idea and that Deloitte acquired.The team I led was responsible for writing scripts used in ATASphere to:* Automate Linux migrations to and between different clouds. IBM SoftLayer, OpenStack, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMWare vCloud Air, etc.* Automate AIX migrations between frames in different HMCs. * Copy and sync data effectively trough WAN access considering speed and latency problems. * Discover existing environments through automation. As the most senior point of contact for all Linux related matters my responsibilities were:- Design new technical solutions. - Implement new solutions or lead other team members throughout the period of the implementation. - Code in BASH, Golang and Python.- Write our build scripts based on Jenkins Pipeline, AWS and Docker.- Maintain our Xen, KVM, OpenStack and AWS lab infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS).- Participate in PoCs with our customers.- Lead troubleshooting and solve problems. - Manage tasks priority and resource scheduling.

Led the Linux development of ATASpbere, from an idea to a startup and then to a successful exit.

Work as a Linux OS Engineer for an important financial services company.My responsibilities included:- Be the primary point of contact for all RHEL related problems and new enhancements.- Write BASH/perl scripts to automate tasks that were applied in more than 4000 RedHat Enterprise Linux servers. Both virtual and physicals servers.- Perform Operational Readiness through the testing of new software and hardware that was being introduced into the environment. - Write kickstart scripts that were executed by Anaconda at server build time to setup the server with the required configuration and install 3rd party needed software.- Maintain scripts to upgrade RHEL.- Analyse Red Hat Security Advisories quarterly to determine which vulnerabilities apply to the environment and make the required patch bundle to be deployed.

During this period I led the following projects:-Storage migration team: Leading a dedicated SA team of 10 people, doing host based SAN migrations using several different Volume Manager technologies and techniques. The same team also performed OS/software remediation on the server to prepare it for new storage. These remediations include (but are not limited to) Veritas upgrade, HBA firmware/driver upgrade, EMC PowerPath install/upgrade and many more.-Decommissioning team: Led a dedicated team of 8 SAs doing server decommissioning across the environment, including WebSphere application decomm, Storage decomm, full server decomm and all its combinations. -Midrange Standardization team: Leading a team of 3 SAs doing WebSphere 5 to WebSphere 6 migrations.Main responsibilities performed:- Lead several teams with both local and non local people.- Keep the project manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.- Make decisions on technical approaches.- Perform Root Cause Analysis of major incidents.- Analyze team metrics and provide information to upper management.- Take technical interviews to recruit people from Argentina and other parts of the world.- Coach and help develop team members.- Plan each individual carrier path and their required Unix education. - On call support for issues during off-shift changes.- Complete administrative tasks.
