Computer vision, data analysis, neural networks - These are my professional interests at the moment and main focus of my daily work. Mainly using a combination of python, tensorflow, PyTorch, numpy, and scipy modules, my work focuses on computational representations of human shape and pose and how to do deduce it from a manifold of different input sources from high precision 3D laser scans to simple photos of people.In my personal life, I find interest in many types of technology ranging from bleeding edge to the more esoteric, forgotten ones such as early 20th century silver chemistry-based photography.

Analysis techniques have included fluorescence detection, Forster Resonance Energy Transfer, HPLC, gel electrophoresis, radioactively labeled DNA, circular dichroism, and electrochemical probing.Other projects have been based in organic synthesis of highly conjugated molecules, terpyridines, triazenes and various small molecules to be conjugated to DNA.The above mentioned triazenes were used in electrochemical immobilization of DNA onto electrode surfaces. -

All teaching sessions are adjusted to the audience.My functions have included teaching, developing experiments and general synthesis of needed chemicals not available for sale.Additionally, one other chemist and I have been answering general chemistry questions for the public on our forum ranging from helping with homework to questions on why bleach should not be mixed with acid or how flat screen tv's work.Over the years, I have tought at a few hundred locations with an average of 100 students per location.
