Dr.Senthilkumar Ranganathan is working as a Professor in School of Management Presidency University, Bangalore. He has 27yrs of teaching experience, 1yr of Industry experience and 5+yrs of Research Experience. He has done his graduation in Electronics with Gold-medal and University Rank. He has done his Post-Graduation in Business Administration. He has done his Masters in Human Resource Management and Secured University First Rank. He has also done his M.Phil in Management and Post graduate Diploma in computer Application. He has also awarded his Ph.D degree in the area of Talent Management. He has presented and published papers in National and International conference. He has published more than fifty-five research papers in National and International Journal. Nine Research Scholars had completed their Ph.D under his guidance from Mysore University and Presidency University. He is also a BOS and BOE member for VTU, PES College of Engineering, Mandya.
