I am the leader at Trajectify, providing leadership development and business growth coaching, interim executive, and organizational development services to growth-stage companies (or for those who feel stuck). I help executives and entrepreneurs cross the chasm. That's where the name Trajectify is derived — to cross a chasm, you need a trajectory and momentum. We help lead or advise from the inside-out, or can coach from the outside-in.Prior to founding Trajectify, I had the privilege to participate in growing eight companies over 25 years of my career in the Northeast and West Coast. As I grew from CTO to COO to CEO, I learned that leadership skill is the most powerful and transferable skill to develop.I also learned a lot about business. Strategy. Organization. Operations. I've been fortunate to participate in extraordinary growth, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and even bankruptcies (hey, booms sometimes end with a bust).In addition to Trajectify, I also build and facilitate CEO advisory boards. And I build communities, like the Philly New Tech Meetup and Bootstrappers Breakfasts. I am the current President of the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce.I'm a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community 🏳️🌈. An advocate for healthy lifestyles and plant-based eating 🥬.
