VTB is one of the TOP-3 banks in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe having the fast growing fintech division.Our department (aka stream) is responsible for the development of banking and non-banking products/services and products sales' set up for the small and medium-sized businesses within Russia.The Team I lead is working on a building of data driven analytics for digital products (for example: mobile apps, online banking, fintech services).As a Product Owner, I am responsible for end-to-end product building process: hiring the team, creating a product concept and its developing strategy, organizing product launch as well as presenting the result to my stakeholders.Day to day activities:→ Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the key product - data driven analytics→ Set up and monitor analytical metrics and KPIs to measure the success and identify areas for improvement of existing B2B products (BI, dashboards)→ Lead a cross-functional product team (tech lead, 4 developers, 3 business & 4 system analysts): hold team sprint plannings, backlog prioritization, set quarterly goals using the OKR (SCRUM, Agile)→ Work with program management to communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure that high quality products are delivered on time→ Organization of internal integration processes (SQL DBs, Kafka, Hadoop)→ Support the migration process from legacy to the new in-house systems→ Coordinate & collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to understand business needs and open up dependenciesKey results:→ Developed a complex data mart & launched a dashboard containing 200+ KPIs about our products→ Built & distributed an amazing tool for monitoring quality of data marts (AirFlow, API, email)→ Built a web analytics solution for online products and sales channels from scratch (Google Analytics, Google BQ, Firebase, Ya.Metrica, AppMetrica)→ Implemented a standardized process for feature priority scoring in my team

Worked in data & analytics for the Risk Division, consolidated reporting and BI-instruments team. We automated several process steps and developed an automated approach to measure KPIs and metrics by looking at historical dataDay to day activities:→ Preparing complex and insightful information visualisation for the members of the Board, including risk portfolio's and problem assets' analysis, project pipeline and market analysis.→ Lead a cross-functional product team (5 analysts and 4 developer) to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key aspects of our product.→ BI-instrument development including both: development from the scratch and infrastructure development for reporting placement (Qlik)→ Modeling and development of datamarts to automate the current flows of reporting collection and preparation (Hadoop, Oracle, SQL)→ Coordination of targeted business processes (including initial modeling) with a wide range of interesants→ Communication with the stakeholders (incl/ top-management) - goals, deadlines, expectations, priorities and delivery criteria
