As a member of the product development team, I held a dual role of Android Developer and Scrum Master within a dynamic start-up environment. Key features of my contribution included:- Implemented a complete CI/CD pipeline using GitLab, MS Appcenter, Slack, and JIRA, which facilitated build, test, deployment, distribution, and operation processes.- Utilized MVVM design pattern and adhered to SOLID principles for robust app architecture. - Designed the app for offline use leveraging Bluetooth Low Energy for data transfer and Room for local data storage.- Ensured data synchronization with remote repositories using the Retrofit library. - Implemented theming compliant with dark mode- Implemented Koin library for dependency injection.- Integrated Firebase libraries (Crashlytics, Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Remote Config) for enhanced functionality- Achieved substantial unit test coverage.In my capacity as Scrum Master, I fostered a productive scrum environment. I led retrospective meetings, steered sprint reviews, and executed strategic improvements to enhance team productivity. Concurrently, I liaised with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, diligently creating and owning necessary documentation including requirement specifications, software implementation documents, REST API contracts, and user flow diagrams.

Also, the company's main focus was developing an external library that allows publishers to request and show ads on their mobile apps. I executed a lot of backend development for the SDK.
