* I am an Certified Ecobroker which allows me to sell sustainable real estate. I am versed in LED lighting, PV windows, No-VOC paints, efficient heating and cooling systems, effective gardening, solar, wind energy, air ducts and reclaimed materials.Recycle, reuse and Repeat.* I was apart of the Prudential Utah Real Estate group for 2007. I was the designated agent on a mixed-use development project in Park City, UT. The project sits on 2000 acres of private and protected land and is home to the first LEED certified Platinum level building called the Swaner EcoCenter. * I worked for the Sundance Institute in 2006 for the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT. I was the Manager to six official venue sites, overseeing six coordinators who were responsible for pre-planning, running the events and post-breakdown of these official locations. * I worked for Marriott Vacation Properties in 2006 selling Timeshares in two locations in Park City. I sold high and low season weeks to vacationers wanting to travel to a ski town and own property for two weeks out of the year.* I sold Timeshares for Raintree Vacation Club in 2005 for the Miners Club in Park City. Over the past eight years I have developed my sales techniques to apply to my passion which is the environmental industry.
