• Led a cross-functional team of over 12 engineers to deliver over 15 software releases of a Class C ventilator over three years. Resulting in zero defects found in formal V&V activities and over $200M in revenue from tenders and critical releases going out to support the globe during a pandemic. • Facilitated the Scaled Agile Transformation in the Embedded Software and Test organization, over 100 employees. Leading the Agile Release Train as the Release Train Engineer. Resulting in being credited as the ‘Agile Transformation Pioneer’ at Philips Respironics.• Hired, taught, and mentored engineers across multiple cross-functional teams to help the business achieve its goals.• Developed in all stages of the software development lifecycle on multiple platforms; this includes planning, generating requirements, design and prototyping, software development, testing and debugging, deployment, and maintenance.• Identified and executed multiple process & efficiency improvements towards software development resulting in over $100K saving. These savings efforts resulted in two recognition awards in business group competitions.
