These three years of my work with a team of educational professionals of those two universities I have completed a lot of tasks related to research and development, leadership and administrations, management, organizing seminar, workshop, and international conference and gained a lot of experiences. During my job in that project I did a research with the project director (Bangladesh part) on ICT for development, especially web-based resources and virtuality utilization for Teaching in Change. This work introduced a new approach in teaching and research latter the abstract was published in a proceeding of an international conference. I have been trained in different teaching methods which can help me teaching and deliver lecture in University or academic institutes.
