Renfro is India's largest socks manufacturer. Implemented a Sig-Sigma project in Renfro, the primary objective of which was to reduce variation in difference-inventory which is the difference between the quantity of raw material issued daily and the weight of the final product produced. The basic intent of the project was to help the Management of the Renfro India, Nasik plant in decreasing the quantity of total raw material needed, which directly adds to the bottom line by saving the cost in raw materials. This project saved INR 2 lacs in March for Renfo and would save INR 12 to 15 lacs annually.For the first time I was exposed to a core manufacturing shop floor during this project. I also learnt the fundamentals of production scheduling and inventory management in addition to six-sigma DMAIC methodology.

Primary deliverable was to create Market Entry Strategy of Ascertiva India for the Indian management certification market. The sub deliverable were to create Location, Marketing, Product and Operations strategies.

As an Application Developer in TI, I worked on many of TI's internal applications and technologies, the important ones being Business Intelligence, Internal Cost Recovery tool, Asset Management System and Metrics applications.This job provided me with rich experience of working directly with the clients in US and coordinate with other teams which helped me in improving my management skills.

I worked in MANH as a Java Application Developer. The profile also involved requirements review with the clients and Application Design.The domain was Supply Chain Management. And I worked mainly in the Transporation Management Systems module. The main clients were Walmart and Kroger. This job provided me great experience in application development and oriented me much more in terms of corporate culture and work management.

Worked here as a project trainee as part of final year graduation project. This was my first on-job experience and the experience was really invaluable.I worked on adding features to a Motorola Mobile by modifying the MP4 parser. It was really exciting to Flash the changes in the mobile and see them working on the mobile in realtime!
