• The electronics factory's personal structure was built.• For improved performance and lower costs, the factory's location was shifted.• Factory layout was designed based on departments, personnel numbers, and product movement.• Numbers of plastic injection machines were calculated and their specs were stated.•Numbers of press machines were calculated and their specs were stated.• The factory's overall energy consumption was calculated.• The EMC, Reliability, and Safety laboratories' floor space was calculated, and the required devices were stated.• The storage spaces were stated, and the storage systems that were required were defined.• For the finished items, a truck loading area and buffer zones were planned.• The need for automatic insertion machines, as well as their location in the factory, has been redefined.• The final assembly lines were modified to fit the product and the manufacturing region.

>At a TRT (Turkish Radio & Television) 50th anniversary celebration, I spoke about codecs, and at an EMO (Chamber of Electrical Engineers) event, I spoke about terrestrial digital broadcasting.>I developed roughly 120 patent ideas that were granted (48 EPO, 40 TPO, 30 Useful models) Patent concepts include a wide range of topics. >By using alternate components, innovative circuit designs, and smaller PCB designs, I was able to drastically reduce the cost of new projects.>Worked on the first borderless TV models and was responsible for obtaining the appropriate approvals.>I solved mainboard thermal difficulties by working on CAD design, alternative components, software adjustments, and supply voltage adjustments.>Worked on UHD TV design.>I made decisions on the structure of new projects and I planned the hardware timeline for the project.>Led the teams and projects.>For DFM, I also worked with various groups in the plant. Using my skills, I resolved technical crisis situations and trained team members on technical challenges.>I also provided technical assistance to other groups.
