I’ve spent years observing the precarious position that agencies and corporate marketing departments are in. Too few employees the clients suffer - too many employees the bottom line suffers. Freelancers are often hired to bridge the gaps but coordinating their different skill sets, schedules and commitment levels can be the hardest part of any project. Good Soup, changes that dynamic. We take all the creative ingredients found in our kitchen, occasionally combining them with the skills of other talented chefs we’ve met along the way, to provide agencies and corporate marketing departments a menu of solutions that meet their needs without compromise.

As the only Creative Director in an office full of very technical programmers getting my designs implemented correctly was often a challenge. To better serve the clients I took it upon myself to learn how to handle the front-end web development. This proved to be an extremely valuable skill, having a better understand of code I was able to communicate with the programmers and translate that for the clients.
