Helped new owner to the business create his concept in a clean and friendly environment. Included in this task was hiring a new energetic staff, redesigned kitchen with new equipment, designed and priced menu with state of the art software. Created from scratch award winning hot dog chili and other unique recipes. Sales doubled within a year to 1 million. New owner was very happy with the results.

I took over a long standing turn key operation. Although a good foundation was in place, it was lacking strong, hands on management. We made homemade ice cream with the best hot fudge. A full blown soda fountain It became a great gathering spot for young and old. Blessed with some of the best employees, many were there a long time, we doubled our sales in the first 5 years.Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I sold the company in July of 2007.

Started on ground floor with new concept. As a Regional Manager, I oversaw multiple locations. Relocated out of town for 6 months to bring flag ship unit back to profitability. Company tried to franchise, but ran into the high interest rates of the late 70's.
