About Mia Kirstine Voss

I am an HR professional who has worked and studied both in Denmark and abroad. I have significant experience - both practically and in an advisory role - with HR administration and coordination, recruitment, HR legal issues. I firmly believe that HR needs to be relevant and add value regardless of company size, age and sector, which has led to a keen interest in developing and improving the scalability, agility and versatility of HR processes and tools.I have experience from a wide range of multicultural and international settings, and I have a strong connection to issues of social justice and personal agency.
