Coordinates with various suppliers and organizations to plan the event and identify resources that meet quality standards. Also, discuss progress updates with the client and adjust plans to stick with the budget limitations and timetables. Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in interacting with various people, to ensure that events would run smoothly and efficiently.

Primary function is to raise funds for Halifax Humane Society through special events and promote the interests and programs of HHS through various events, fundraisers, and social functions. Responsible for creating plans and events that strengthens the relationship between donors and HHS, executing and achieving best results.

-Manages area of responsibility -Ongoing prospect of both small businesses and large corporations to build community awareness and increase business revenue -Construct and maintain advertisement campaigns for clients-Develops and maintains ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with clients-Maintain a presence in the community of Flagler and Volusia County

-Makes contacts with families with allegations of abuse, neglect and/or maltreatment -Responds to allegations of abuse, neglect, abandonment and/or special conditions; determine findings; and enters information into Florida Safe Families Network, and other systems. -Opens, maintains and closes files related to families being served -Arranges for or provides transportation for clients -Schedules and gathers information for and participates in case staffing -Reports indication of abuse, neglect and/or abandonment to Florida Abuse Hotline -Arranges for emergency placement for children at risk
