CurrentLeads and supports all employment brand and advertising initiatives for all Uline locations across North America.•Partner with senior leadership, and stakeholders, reviewing business objectives, providing Subject Matter advisement, and creating roadmaps to achieve business, marketing and recruitment targets. • Manage relationship with our Creative Department and HR Marketing teams to align on goals of asset and content creation.• Partner with internal and external and external teams and agencies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms and marketing materials, successful delivery and continuous process improvement. • Manage a team of 5 currently (up to 8) including copywriter/content producer and marketing specialists supporting 15 + markets in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. • Serve as a Voice of “Customer” (potential applicants/talent pool), refining and measuring key applicant success metrics and indicators. Ensure consumer insights are leveraged for key strategy development and implementation and to validate elements of the brand strategy with market analysis trends and competitor intelligence. • Oversaw every stage of video production, from scripting and filming to post-production editing, to deliver compelling and engaging video content that effectively showcased the company culture and attracted top talent.
