A Master in Development Economics graduate at the University of the Philippines with more than several years of experience in agricultural and rural development specifically focusing on investment programming of national government resources in the Department of Agriculture (DA). During my stay in the DA, I developed the web-based information system of our office which is being used to collect and process submissions of the various operating units prior to submission to the NEDA's online system. I am also currently a scholar of the Project SPARTA of the DOST where I am aiming to become a Data Scientist.
