Supporting the internal units and client accounts in all security compliance efforts, with focus on preventing, identifying and analysing fraudulent activity and security gaps.Developing and implementing various security compliance programs and fraud prevention and reaction processes and procedures. Performing initial and ongoing risk assessments of onboarded accounts.Conducting internal audits, focused on customers’ personal and financial data security. Organizing security and fraud awareness trainings.Leading HITRUST certification on TI global level.Leading TIE's ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SSAE-18 (SOC 1 and 2) certification and recertification efforts, internal and external control audits, client audits and other security compliance related activities.Active cooperation with other TI Global Security teams and best practices sharing.Leading internal projects to ensure implementation of security improvements on local and global level.Consulting TIE's clients on improving systems and processes, in terms of security features and access restrictions.Interfacing with the local law enforcement for the purpose of prosecution, if necessary. Planning, coordination and management of the internal fraud investigations function.Leadership and supervision of a team of Security experts.

Monitoring, detection, investigation and prevention activities in the field of credit/debit cards fraud, on both Issuing and Acquiring level.Creation of rules for rule-based monitoring tools and systems.Reporting major fraud cases to law enforcement authorities and cooperation in further investigations.Participation at BASCP (Bulgarian Association for Secure Card Payments) meetings.

Communication with vendors. Organizing import of products and materials. Representing the company at various commercial venues - expos, fairs, etc.
