- Organization, coordination, control and improvement of team skills in the accounting department;- Control of bookkeeping in accordance with professional, legal and internal regulations and active problems solving in the accounting;- Preparation of Official Annual and Interim set of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Changes in equity, Statistical Anex and Notes to Fin.Statements);- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group of connected companies; compliance of subsidiaries to legal and professional regulations of the Parent company;- Preparation of Tax Balance; calculation of income tax and property tax- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures- Posting and controlling of General ledger accounts and reconciliation with Sub-ledgers- Adoption of accounting Rules and Policies with IAS and IFRS- Cooperation with the Banks, providing of documentation and other data for potential loan approvals and regular credit monitoring.- Active cooperation with consulting companies in resolving of accounting problems- Cooperation with official property estimators in assessing of the fair value of assets- Cooperation with authorized actuaries in making actuarial accounting in accordance with IAS 19 -Employee Benefits- Cooperation with Audit companies (such as Deloitte, KPMG, Citadel), Faculty of Economics and Institute of Economics- Regular reporting to Management- Preparation of accounting documentation for participation on tenders- Managing the overall financial documents in the process of contracting and monitoring of contract realization in different organizational units of the company
