Worked on:- Basketball rule violation detection - Develop MVP algorithm for detecting basketball pivoting violations. Algorithm checks ball possession, analyzes footwork via visual AI to spot rotating or lifted pivot foot indicating travel violation (object detection & tracking, pose estimation).- Semantic segmentation of tennis videos - Apply computer vision and deep learning techniques to extract valuable insights from tennis match videos. The objective is to segment matches into individual points, utilize action recognition to obtain data for each point, and harness this data for advanced analytics purposes (OCR, object detection & tracking, pose estimation, action recognition). A basic web application has been developed for demonstrative purposes (basic web stack + Streamlit).- AI assistant for in-house project CloseOut - Develop AI modules for large in-house project CloseOut. Build & maintain object detection models for safety equipment.- Production line 'intelligent' monitoring system - Recognizing and tracking objects on the conveyor belt using computer vision techniques.- Research projects in the fields of demography and animal husbandry.- Tech stack: python, SciPy stack, OpenCV, Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Docker, Streamlit; bash and python scripts for process automationI have also had the privilege of presenting some of the work I have done at Enetel Solutions in various conferences, seminars, and guest lectures.
