This trend had continued during 2008, until conversion from VFP to Java was completed. These were large applications, created as a result of effort of the entire team. It was managed according to practices of extreme programming. Applications were desktop based and, depending on client's size and needs, were used on local computers or company networks with local and central database servers. They were rich with reports, linked with tax administration systems and fiscal devices, and used for centralization of client's remote units and their local databases with central database under control of client's bookkeeping/accounting department. For centralization we developed interface for data transfer through files or directly through FTP connection. Infosistem covers more than 1,000 small, medium or large companies mostly in Bosnia and Serbia and few in Croatia. Show less
