Participating in a large-size system implementation through the full project life cycle. Responsible for analysis of system requirements, design and execution of test cases, testing and implementation as well as support of the Oracle ESDuties:- Work with clients to understand/gather the enhancement requests- Review/Create Functional Specifications/User Stories in a STAR JIRA tool for the Mobile Field Service app (Agile)- Create and execute Test Scenarios to make sure that solution meets the business requirements (Functional Testing, Regression Testing)- Attend meetings and report status issues to the Project Manager- Resolving ServiceNow tickets, creating reports for other team members.- Provided the support as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during the deployment go-live in order to ensure a smooth transition for clients- Managing between clients (stakeholders)and dev teams- Implementing, configuring and documenting system requirements- Android APK testing- Testing, Deployment and Post Implementation Support

-Working closely with other members of Oracle ES Team to implement a multi-functional business solution.-Performing testing with already pre defined test cases-consultant for deployment of the Oracle Enterprise Services for internal and external customers-advise costumers to achieve optimal deployment of the Oracle ES-managing setup, testing and deployment of the Oracle ES- Implementation of ES into Field Support Center (FSC), Customer Care Agent, Transaction Services, Global Call Management and other call creation teams- Roll out specific unit testing and unit test data creation and coordination/support of testing teams- Work closely with other team members of the NCR Enterprise Services Team to implement multi-functional business solution- Creation of tickets (JIRA) to report system bugs and track to succesful resolution- Responsible for assigned portions of the roll out schedule and collaboration with region counterparts to insure activities are performed and instituted- Completion of design documentation in each roll out for Country and specific requirementd- Configuration of Services R2 footprint components- Maintain consistency between ES and ERP
