I work in CW | A as Managing Director and Technical Consultant. The company was established in 2016, because we saw a need for skilled engineers with strong knowledge in the field of façade engineering. We are still a small company, but have strong passion for our field and knowledge within all aspects of facades.Our focus areas are Denmark and UK, and we work with both Façade Entrepreneurs, Builders and Architects. Our final goal is to create better facades. We want to be involved in the process as early as possible, and assist the architect in making a better basis for the façade entrepreneurs to design and build the façade. We want to assist the façade entrepreneur in making the best and most efficient solution for their project, so save costs and build better. We want assist the builder in ensuring that the façade they pay for, meats the demands and performance which has been set up.We are strong in Statics and thermal performance, product development and product knowledge. We always seek to push the boundaries, and realize exciting designs by the architects. iam glass - Consultancy and Supply Coordination for Glass

As concept developer and Technical Advisor for HansenConcepts, I worked with an international team of façade-experts in HansenGroup. It was a true pleasure to work with experts in sales, design, project management, production and installation.Being technical advisor, I took part in thermal calculations, thermal analysis of advanced facades, static calculations, detailing, solar-shading and much more for facades located in Scandinavia and United Kingdom. As concept developer I took part in the development and evolution of the Hansen profile systems for windows, doors and facades. I was the person who developed concepts to optimize the thermal performance of the systems, both by geometry and materials. Besides that, I was head of development of the new generation of Hansen UnitAl, which is Hansen’s unitized system.

During my Internship in HansenGlass, I got familiar with the basic properties of glass and how to do basic calculations on the material. I worked as a technical adviser for the sales department, designing glass-fins, glass-beams and walls in glass mainly for bolted glass systems. I developed a passion and amazement for the material during my internship, and it opened an entirely new world for me of transparency with strength – glass!
