Since the beginning of my career I was fascinated with how to make tools and products easier for users to work with. In today's world people can only be expected to read a minimum amount of documentation on how your interface works. Developing intuitive user interfaces for those that don't like to read documentation, is today's expected norm.Many companies are still in the process of moving from a desktop centric installed software solution to SaaS and Web application solutions. The difficulties stem from supporting the existing solution while attempting to shift resources and have existing players learn new technology. It can be difficult to juggle these efforts and combine them with the desperation to have a foothold with Big Data and Hadoop.
