    My initial role was a clerical assistant for the IT Learning Programme. As more technical demand was needed, my role changed to the current title.I am required to provide support to the Thames Suite lecture rooms for both ITLP courses and private room hire. Support for this includes AV equipment, Departmental machines and laptops of external teachers and event organisers.I also do a weekly shift on the IT Services help desk. This involves assisting all levels of University staff and students with account issues (Nexus, Eduroam etc) and actual machine issues.
