Scheduling of payments, payoff's, and reviewing of their credit card statements, bank loans, and student loans.- Assisting clients with their Debt that are enrolled in the Debt Management Program - Calculating the client's pay-off balance of all their Debt's enrolled on the program - Calculating the time frame on when will the client complete the program - Scheduling the clients payment to come out on their own desired date - Rescheduling the clients automatic payment date to be drafted on a different date - Cancelling of payments from being pulled out from their bank accounts - Changing the client's bank information if they desire to automatically draft their payments from a different bank account they have. - Contacting the creditors or loan companies to inform them that our client is interested on paying off their debt on a timely manner - Informing the creditors of our clients situations - Giving excellent customer service to our clients and future clients.

Car loans. Assisting customers with their car loan's. Scheduling of payments, payoff's and quality assurance.- Answering the customers concerns related to their car loans - Scheduling of payment over the phone - Calculating of the total amount due on their car loan, if customer wants quotation on pay-off balance - Annotating of data such as vehicle identification number, primary loan holder, et al. - Sending information about the client to their local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) - Sending information to the client's insurance company informing them of the clients accidents or such, and if covered with insurance company. - Changing the client's bank information if they desire to automatically draft their payments from a different bank account they have. - Rescheduling the clients automatic payment date to be drafted on a different date - Cancelling of payments from being pulled out from their bank accounts - Giving excellent customer service to our clients and future clients.
