Conducted an analysis of Cyted's strategic positioning based on intelligence gathered from the deal precedents over the last 5 years. Profiled prominent acquirer categories and developed 4 strategies for the business to enhance value over the next 5 years. Presented this analysis to the CEO and business leadership.

Presented to members of GE Healthcare on patient perspectives towards AI tools in healthcare. Demonstrated notable recent findings, confirmed by first hand interview results and proposed implications on the design and implementation of AI medical applications.Derived 5 underlying categories of patient perspectives exhibited across studies through a literature review and discovered a 6th category, intention, after performing 18 inductive interviews with patients.

I joined the EMEA Chief Technology Officer Practice in London which was swelling with activity as businesses across sectors sought leadership advice and services to meet the technology challenges of the day. Led the successful execution of global executive search mandates, including candidate sourcing, referencing, in-person assessment and presentation to executives at leading global corporates. Executed these assignments within international teams spread mostly across Europe and the USA.Achieved the successful placement of C-Level Technology and Data leaders for clients in Europe and the USA across sectors from Financial Services, Retail and Commerce, to Hospitality and Leisure.Developed business development and market research materials to win new business and foster relationships with key clients.As part of a Europe-wide team, helped developed Spencer Stuart intellectual capital on the future of the CIO, which included creating a market map and conducting reference conversation with sources.

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assignments for senior executives in industry leading companies in the UK and internationally. Developed and presented leadership advisory and market intelligence research materials to some of the largest companies in the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telecoms, and Retail sectors. Managed the successful placements of global/regional senior management positions within Technology, Data and Analytics and Financial Risk and Controls in industry leading companies. Contributed to business development activities for Marlin Hawk, including the development of pitch decks in preparation for client meetings.

Upped sticks and moved to NYC for my first 'real job'. I worked in the research team for a prominent executive search boutique with close connections to the leading players in the New York Asset Management industry. Managed a team of 3 part time interns through the year to complete marking research and support operations.
