• Manage and support all of the on-site technology and data needs of a 500 student, 70+ staff school, as well remote tasks across our multi-school network through the ZenDesk ticketing system.• Create, update, and deploy images to staff Windows 10 Lenovo laptops using Acronis Snap Deploy; and manage, maintain, and repair all staff Windows & MacOS laptops and student Chromebooks to minimize school-wide interruptions and down-time.• Administer School's Google Apps Domain including creating new accounts and groups, implementing user and device policies, investigating matters through Google Vault, and assisting staff in the set-up and use of Google Classroom.• Manage and Architect Dropbox and Google Team Drive cloud storage and collaboration platforms to streamline the sharing and distribution of both school and network-wide content and knowledge base materials.• Organize staff and student accounts into different OU's, separate Chromebooks into cart OU's and implement targeted, user and device security policies to lock down devices and accounts based on documented use case scenarios and emergent needs.• Responsible for researching, training, documenting, and assisting teachers on pedagogically sound technology integration in the classroom to maximize student engagement and achievement in alignment with Common Core Standards.• Support and administer Intervention Platforms, MAP, ANET, ACCESS, and MCAS testing with a concentration on technological infrastructure, local content caching, and staff and student account management.• Inventory and maintain all in-class technology, including classroom projectors, document cameras, and audio devices.
