I have been Director – Major Projects at Ædifica for 10 years and practising architecture since 1973. My particular expertise in phased construction using the fast track method has won me the opportunity to direct numerous prestigious, complex projects.These include our work on the Canadian Museum of Civilization, the Montréal Biodôme, UQAM’s Pierre Dansereau Science Complex, the expansion of the Montréal Palais des congrès and, as part of a public-private partnership, the construction of the Maison symphonique de Montréal. I have also been involved in a number of museographic projects. Specifically, I have led the concept development and production of exhibitions at the Canadian Museum of History, the Musée de la civilisation du Québec, Montréal's Biosphere, and the Pointe-à-Callières Museum, among others.Over the years, I have become recognized for my know-how in the strategic services required upstream and downstream of the architecture and construction process, from project management to property development.
