Marc mainly practices in urban planning law. Holder of a master’s degree in urban planning, he has acquired over the years an excellent understanding of this field and its legal rules and enjoys an excellent reputation. Having started his career at the Union of Municipalities of Quebec as a legal advisor, he participated in the development of municipal powers in discretionary urban planning found in the Law on Land Use Planning and Development and developed advanced expertise in their regard over the years.He is the author of L’urbanisme discrétionnaire, an essential reference work in municipal law, published by Lexis Nexis.In this practice, he represents developers, builders, architects and businesses of all kinds and sometimes even municipalities and ordinary citizens. He also has recognized expertise in calls for tenders.
