These include the development and dissemination of print and digital communication resources and knowledge products, as well as sharing of knowledge services, for ADB staff, developing member countries, and institutional partners. Under my leadership in the past four years, the K&C Team launched OAI’s LinkedIn page, ADB-only Integrity Community and Integrity Hub on SharePoint; published its first 4 blogs; developed ADB’s first gamified e-learning course, and revitalized its YouTube channel, Facebook site, X (formerly Twitter), and Development Asia Knowledge Events pages. In carrying out various awareness campaigns, I led the production of 200+ internal news posts, 90+ videos, 20+ e-Bulletins, 20+ webpages, and 5 annual reports.Jan–Dec 2023As Enablement Program Manager (on short term assignment), planned and managed communications, knowledge sharing, reporting, budget, contracts, and workshops to support stakeholder engagement, particularly with leaders and their teams through the transformation process to ADB’s new operating model. 115 workshops managed for 3,700 participants, 24 learning resources created or curated, and 1 internal website built.

Based in New Haven, CT, with offices in Washington, D.C., New York, and worldwide. IPA works with development partners and academic researchers to create and evaluate approaches to solving development problems, to communicate “what works” in development and to scale up successful projects in a variety of fields, including health, education, microfinance, governance, and agriculture.
