I started to get involved in the automotive mechanical engineering since a very young age, working some summer periods in my father's workshop. I worked with cars, commercial and agricultural vehicles. In the end it was always the same process, a machine with a technical issue which needs to be understood in order to repair it. He taught me many technical aspects in machinery, in the use of many tools, which have helped me so much in my professional development. Apart from the purely technical aspect, he also taught me that we must always think about on what we do, and do it without letting ourselves be overcome by the thoughts of uncertainty or by the fears of the pressure of time and the results of the work performance. I have always observed that before each new technical issue, first we must to face and understand it, following by the definition, planning and execution of the correct strategy to fix the problem. Never forget to pay attention to the communication channel with the rest of the stakeholders, it’s important to know how to communicate and be always opened to accept criticism and different points of view. My professional objectives are focused to increase my technical knowledge in the design and development of vehicles and improving my organizational and communication skills.
