Registered Technology Manager (RTMgr) designation was developed specifically for ASTTBC members who are now working as or looking to move up to management positions in a technology environment. A Registered Technology Manager (RTMgr) is an AScT or CTech member of ASTTBC, manages in a technology environment, and meets the required standards for academics, training, and experience.

• Provide leadership to CATV Contractors and the Workflow Management teams to ensure Budgetary and administrative excellence• Ensure that all New Development projects in the Vancouver/Sea to Sky/Lower mainland area(s) are completed accurately, from a technical and monetary perspective and projects are scheduled for construction within the appropriate time lines• Review, comment and approve Electrical designs to ensure they meet company standards• Provide guidance on project strategies and industry initiatives• Act as a point of contact for all escalations and expedites• Communicate regularly with all internal Shaw functional areas to ensure efficiency of process and sustainment of positive Customer experience• Coaching and mentoring new and existing team members to ensure we meet the highest performance standards and live our company values
