I partner with our Sales Enablement Effectiveness Manager to determine training needs within our sales organizations. I scope, strategize, develop and deliver training that enhances skills in product knowledge, sales effectiveness, influence, diversity & Inclusion and anything else that is needed for the sales team.

Here, I oversee the delivery of learning and innovation solutions, including partnerships with hotels, sales functions, hotel operations, housekeeping, and training and development programs across the US and Canada with influence globally. I provide strategic leadership and training to internal staff and hotel partner employees to ensure optimum utilization of technology. I also develop the business case to evaluate the benefit, cost, and risk of alternative options and generate a rationale for the preferred solution. I identify content and deliver the framework to enable the team to produce content for each technology.➥ Manage and develop operating budget of $1M with $500K spending power.➥ Support 6 Region Presidents, 3 Senior Channel Sr. VP’s and work on behalf of the COO.➥ Lead delivery and instructional design team, establishing company-wide processes for content requests, development, and delivery.➥ Established new interactive eLearning environment for general use by recommending and leveraging Google Classroom.

In this position, I managed all activities associated with the delivery of training and development programs. Spearheaded, supported, and enabled a team of 19 trainers and 3 training supervisors to drive innovation, change, and agile leadership as well as provide engaging trainings for the highest learner impact. I liaised and consulted with the executive management to identify and fulfill leadership skill and behavior gaps within region. I also collaborated with the HQ, Channel, HR, and Region Leadership to assure consistency and alignment with company’s core values. I conducted evaluations to track the effectiveness of training and onboarding programs.➥ Effectively managed region budget of $5M, securing surplus of $19,000 after one year.➥ Successfully developed, steered, and completed six different reporting projects on time.➥ Established, promoted, and presented the Lead More, Manage Less initiatives for region leadership.➥ Won the President’s Cabinet 2018 Award for displaying leadership skills, strong work ethics, leading sales results and dedication towards work.➥ Planned, promoted, and partnered on Mixed Reality classroom initiative to deliver an engaging and innovative learning experience.➥ Successfully developed, steered and delivered New Hire training, achieving a 10% increase in company wide sales, a 30% increase in new hire sales and surpassed 0-90 day employee attrition goal to lower it by 8%, reducing it by 13%.

In this role, I provided leadership consulting and training to enhance skills and capabilities. I established and maintained relations with company’s leaders at all levels while identifying and fulfilling learning gaps through the delivery innovative solutions. I planned and rendered specific development programs, such as New Leader and Emerging Leader training. I devised and presented the SMS notification initiative for VZLearn to deliver seamless updates. I also supported the Sales Leadership Academy and cooperated with vendor to ensure content coherence with channel. I enabled individuals to think differently by providing leadership training as part of the wireless leadership academy program, resulting in increased ROI, reduced operational costs, and elevated sales.➥ Received the Trainer of the Year Award in 2017 for advancing leadership skills and competencies.➥ Partnered with the Director of HR for the delivery of Women of Wireless program for 2017 and 2018.➥ Successfully formulated, promoted, and presented Professional Development Program, securing return on investment of pilot within 4 months, increasing sales, reducing employee attrition and decreasing operations error costs.➥ Led the delivery of Unconscious Bias across channels to enhance diversity and inclusion understanding.

Here, I planned and delivered sales training for area, region, channel, and district initiatives. I designed and presented development programs to facilitate promotions within the company. I determined and fulfilled skill and behavior gaps within region through the implementation of effective strategies.
