Senior member of the program management group that provides estimating, resource loading, cost engineering, forecasting, planning, contractor procurement, document control and closeout leadership. Also a key member of the site and corporate process development and improvement team. Interfaces with the client and operations to ensure deliverables meet expectations.I work closely with program owners, operations leadership, maintenance leadership and contractors to compile budgets, CP planning and cost tracking systems to support all phase of construction program and project management.
