For my entire career, I have been driven to provide servant leadership to every individual in order to better enable their personal growth and success, and to realize their full potential. I am a progressive manufacturing leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with a passion for people and organizational success. I am often called upon, and love the challenge of assessing complex organizations, then building diverse sustainable teams and solutions in order to change culture, achieve continuous improvement, drive customer success, and most importantly, improve health & safety performance.I have been blessed to lead global teams, large and small. Employee recognition and development has been a hallmark of my leadership style. People are our greatest asset, and I believe that people leave leaders, not companies. Everyone wants to be recognized and feel appreciated. This simple belief has guided me to achieve success in every role I have held, and frankly brought an enjoyment beyond any project or goal achievement.My approach to problem solving is dynamic and collaborative. I have been Committee Chair for Boy Scout Troop 325 for over 7 years. My school district bond committee membership resulted in two world-class high school Career & Technical Education Centers, which yielded a national record rocketry program.
