 Provide administrative support to the Associate Superintendent and Directors. Manages the flow of information in the Construction and Development Services Office. Respond to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes. Research and respond to internal and external accounts payable inquiries in a timely manner. Stay closely aware of progress of assigned projects. Manage vendor payments and submittal to Financial Services processing. Maintain an electronic filing system to handle incoming and outgoing drawings and other project-related documents within an organized system.  Observe/practice professional ethics standards i.e. effective oversight, management, communication, coordination etc. Initiate, track, and maintain accurate records for Department payroll.
