My Responsibilities included resolving customer problems, ensuring the customer was satisfied and received high quality customer service. Towards the end of my time with the business I was instructed to train new employees and be there for guidance if they required it. The work that particularly interest within Unite was liaising with the Accounts Team to solve deposit or rental instalments inquiries, which subsequently led to me being left to solve these particularly issues.

Throughout my tenure at Tesco I was given a variety of different roles however the roles that were of particular interest to me were the ones within the stock control department. These particular tasks included, counting the stock, recording waste and checking for missing products, these tasks gave me an early interest in the financial and operations sectors. Due to the variety of tasks I was given whilst working at Tesco a developed a competence in task solving and independent working, however due to the nature of the team work involved with Tesco collaborative working is well within my capabilities
